ATR enables unlimited communication, with real-time chat that translates into more than 40 languages. Other features include screenshots, document and screen sharing. The collaborative nature of the tool allows to invite as many experts as necessary to the meeting and when the connection ends, a summary of the intervention is written by all participants. In addition to enabling fast and efficient incident resolution, ATR digitizes the knowledge generated in each session for centralized retention.
