The theory is not enough to change the way we act in a given situation; we must be actually confronted with it to see how we will react and how we deal with it. The most effective learning is achieved by actually experiencing a situation, but in a work environment that type of learning can be very costly. The user learns to react correctly to situations through working with their subconscious, so that learning occurs through reflection.

Solution

The Control Panel allows the user to learn how to handle a situation or to correct their way of responding to it. It is a game in which learning occurs through the user’s reflection once they have been confronted with a specific situation.

The game is divided into areas that are represented by surveillance cameras. When an incident occurs, the alarm is activated and the situation is displayed in video or PDF format. The user must respond to the situation as soon as possible in order to be awarded a better score.

Learning is obtained from feedback, since this makes the person reflect on their performance and allows them to see clearly if it is correct or incorrect.

Wetak Control Panel is a game designed to raise awareness about the different ways of acting. For this purpose, real situations are simulated so that the user learns, reinforces knowledge and understands how to manage critical moments. It is mainly used for issues of safety and prevention of occupational risks, although it allows multiple variations and themes.

The game allows the user to add documentation that is always available to them so that they can learn as they play.
