In a workplace learning environment, any type of exam may provoke a negative response and even fear that HR staff will be able to see the score and might take action. This is a trivial question-answer game that helps to internalise the knowledge that has been transmitted in a training session, from a more playful and relaxed point of view. The questions are classified into 6 categories and knowledge can be reinforced with content before or after each question in video or PDF format, with the aim of providing more in-depth learning. Points are obtained for the correct answering of the questions in the shortest possible time. Feedback can be personalised for each response, thus offering a higher level of learning. The score is reflected in a ranking that can be divided into small sub-rankings in order to promote healthy competition between staff profiles that share characteristics (based on job, department, geographic area, etc.).
