The solution is a business simulation tool of the learning agility type that allows to improve in softskills necessary in any job position, of any profile, competences such as strategic capacity, problem solving, analytical capacity, continuous improvement, customer orientation, result orientation, innovation orientation.

For this purpose, we place the user as the manager of an island with different cities and its objective is to increase the well-being of the inhabitants of the island in a sustainable way and under a limited budget. To do so, the user can manage natural resources, generate energy and water infrastructures, generate housing, transport, manage pollution, R&D,…

The manager can manage and take different decisions creating new infrastructures or taking advantage of the natural resources, in this sense, they can manage:

• Energy needs.
• The available budget through the management of taxes without causing discomfort to the population.
• “Investment in R&D&I to generate infrastructures, employment and wealth.
• Infrastructures (water, energy infrastructures, etc.).
• Industry and improving its environmental impact.

Through this simulation system, users are presented with a given situation, with a series of objectives to be met.  The application is prepared to offer phases aimed at specific problems in order to offer an appropriate learning curve.
