Solution

SAAM improves day-to-day operations by crystallizing the critical and procedural knowledge of technicians and distributing it in an organized and precise manner. The distribution can be done through calendaring or classifying the contents according to the profile of each user. The solution allows digitizing the technicians’ work processes in the form of workflows, which are visualized through tablets, smartphones or smart glasses by the technicians. Through QR codes on assets, operators access procedures that they can visualize in an Augmented Reality overlay. Interaction with the program allows recording the achievement of tasks and detecting areas of difficulty. The information collected on the workflows is recorded centrally, allowing them to be monitored and controlled. SAAM allows step-by-step instructions to be viewed at just a click and in the most convenient possible way, maximizing factory efficiency. With SAAM, even high turnover tasks or tasks performed by novice operators are carried out quickly, safely and efficiently.
